Our Team
Our therapy office is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families across the lifespan. We specialize in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, with a strong focus on supporting adults navigating substance use disorders and LGBTQ+ youth seeking affirming, understanding care. Our mission is to meet each client where they are and walk alongside them on their path toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
We utilize trauma-focused and cognitive-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address the lasting impact of trauma and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal difficulties. Through a person-centered framework, we foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. By actively listening and collaborating with our clients, we help them develop personalized strategies that promote growth, stability, and their best possible outcomes. We believe deeply in the power of healing and are committed to helping individuals of all ages reach their personal goals.
